About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Representative to join our team at Medical Transportation Management. As a Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, providing top-notch customer experience to our diverse customer population, and collaborating with internal departments to meet contract service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day completion of various tasks, including mailing bus passes, faxing forms, scheduling trips, and confirming trip eligibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate correspondence and communication between members, facilities, and clients to verify eligibility, approve trips, and assess transportation needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate transportation arrangements, preventing member complaints or missed appointments.
  • Meet job-specific key performance indicators and goals, providing back-up support to inbound calls, and scheduling trips in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Recognize, handle, and refer emergent situations, providing support on special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
