Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain site safety and security procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Monitor and control project costs, change orders, and scope creep, ensuring all changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Provide regular project updates and forecasts to the Area Team and Project Delivery Manager/Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
  • Ability to travel, with varying project assignments potentially outside of the assigned geography.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • LEED certification or PMP Certification.
  • Experience with HVAC, Controls/BAS, Lighting, and Renewable Energy systems.
