Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our US Surgical Solution Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering commercialization and conversion approaches that reflect an integrated and comprehensive Medtronic Surgical portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver commercialization and conversion approaches that maximize efficiency and optimize resources.
- Set and drive a best-in-class conversion and delivery model that serves the US Surgical portfolio across the conversion continuum.
- Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing conversion projects and serve as liaison between cross-functional and commercial teams.
- Manage the development and implementation process of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
- Establish and lead conversion and implementation requirements that align with the Surgical OnTrack implementation model.
- Create and oversee the measurables, metrics, and milestones of projects and provide organizational visibility to that performance.
- Assess project challenges and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and advise intervention and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive alignment with stakeholders that results in explicit and clear project objectives and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of Program Management experience preferably in a commercial/customer facing role
- Commercial/customer facing experience within medical device industry
- Track record leading people directly or directly to drive results, organizational efficiency, and influence change
- Strong experience effectively and efficiently working across a matrixed organization and between teams
- Exceptional written and verbal skills that contribute to influencing clear expectations, responsibilities, and objectives in complex situations
- Influence management skills: experience working collaboratively at all levels in matrix environment to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals
- Experience in solution delivery or implementation Project Management or commercial new product delivery
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge in medical device/technology sales, project management, product commercialization, and solution implementation
- Track record driving alignment, decisions, resolutions in high stakes situations

Salary Range: $143,200.00 - $214,800.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
