As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for driving business success, building great teams, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. You will be the face of the company, and your work will go beyond making great beverages.

Our Store Managers are responsible for:

  • Managing a multi-million dollar business, leveraging business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills to drive sales and profitability
  • Nurturing talent and leading a team, developing their skills and creating a positive work environment that fosters growth and development
  • Inspiring others, becoming a dynamic brand ambassador, and driving results through your team by setting clear goals and expectations
  • Impact your community, integrating your business with the community to create better moments in people's lives by developing and implementing community outreach programs

We are looking for individuals with:

  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service, with a proven track record of leadership and business acumen
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment, with a passion for driving business growth and development
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners, with a focus on developing their skills and creating a positive work environment
  • Minimum High School or GED, with a strong educational background and a desire to continue learning and growing

Requirements:

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
  • Ability to work full-time, including variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
