Key Carrier Coordinator Job Description

At Marshalls, we're reinventing retail and helping people discover their next great find. As a Key Carrier Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs
  • Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure
  • Ensure store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan
  • Address customer service issues and provide coaching to Associates
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates
  • Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates
  • Partner with Management on Associate training needs
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Support shrink reduction goals and programs
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
Requirements:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Team player with effective communication skills
  • Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Able to coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple people/tasks
  • Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience

This position has a starting pay range of $17.00 to $17.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
