Role Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Process renewals, authorize access, and manage accounts for various integrated academic systems used by the College of Pharmacy.">
  3. Collaborate with the Executive Director of Finance and Administration and Department Chairs to facilitate data sharing amongst academic leadership.">
  4. Coordinate programmatic assessment activities and data analyses for the College.">
  5. Provide data assurance of academic systems whereby accessing, using, and sharing data meet compliance standards.">
  6. Develop and deliver targeted training programs and materials based on audit results or training requests.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.">
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards, higher education, and statistical software packages (SPSS, MatLab, Mathematica, Excel, R, etc.).">
  • Experience with using analytics to improve outcomes, Qualtrics, Smartsheets, or similar surveying platforms.">
  • Familiarity with various platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, ExamSoft, Enflux, SimIQ, CEImpact, Core Elms, Trequel, Pioneer RX, Faculty Success (Digital Measures), Lexicomp, Advanced Psychometrics, Kira, Labster, EHRGo (Archetype Innovations).">

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $46,282 - $64,714 per year, depending on experience.
