Key Responsibilities:

  2. Maintain a positive demeanor and eagerness to learn, ensuring exceptional service to all LINKBANK clients.
  3. Facilitate a superior client experience by addressing transaction needs through various channels, including in-person, drive-thru, or phone interactions. This encompasses accepting deposits and withdrawals, cashing checks, processing mortgage and loan payments, managing loan advances, verifying cash and check endorsements, handling change orders, opening new accounts, resolving online banking issues, addressing debit card inquiries, providing access to safety deposit boxes, and issuing official checks.
  4. Manage and document mail, night depository, and ATM deposits as necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate records and information in accordance with Retail Operations Guidelines to ensure operational integrity and compliance for auditing purposes.
  6. Complete Currency Transaction Reports and Reg CC Forms with accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Oversee daily cash drawer and vault balancing, including filing and maintaining audit records related to this process.
  8. Order, dispatch, and balance cash and coins for transport to and from the Federal Reserve.
  9. Manage inventory and order supplies for the service centers.
  10. Assist in training new staff and interns.
  11. Support the team sales process by reviewing client profiles, suggesting additional solutions, and directing clients to the appropriate team member.
  12. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of any changes to policies and procedures.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with clear guidance from supervisors.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Basic understanding of banking products and services.
  • Strong compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Windows.
  • Completion of required annual regulatory training.
  • Excellent client service skills, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Experience: Previous experience as a teller preferred or at least one year of cash handling and client service experience.

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed within the bank's operational area.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate instructions and information clearly and accurately.
  • Capacity to read and comprehend complex schedules and details for accurate correspondence processing while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment and computers.
  • Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and/or walking.
  • Visual acuity necessary for computer work.
  • Mobility to coordinate departmental activities, with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds as required.
