Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to coordinate and oversee all patient services, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Supervise and guide clinical staff, providing mentorship and support to enhance professional development.
  • Perform chart audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Appraise and teach clinical staff to enhance professional development, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Identify and evaluate patient needs, maintaining patient clinical records and ensuring timely interventions.
  • Assist with orientation of new staff, providing comprehensive training and support.
  • Maintain medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock and efficient inventory management.
  • Responsible for ensuring regulations are followed, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
Requirements
  • Active KS or Compact Registered Nursing license.
  • Minimum 2 years home health experience preferred.
  • Market and deal tactfully with clients and the community, promoting a positive image of our organization.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and industry standards.
  • Good communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to demonstrate self-confidence, a positive attitude, and maintain commitment and enthusiasm for goal achievement.
