Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and technicians to sell automotive parts and related products through direct interaction and phone communications.
  • Drive revenue by promoting and selling automotive components and services.
  • Assist customers in-store with inquiries regarding pricing and product availability.
  • Accurately process orders, ensuring correct handling, pricing, and shipping details.
  • Handle payments from customers directly.
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and organizational tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized.
  • Familiarity with the CDK system is advantageous.
