Position Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Test Lead who will serve as a validation and quality assurance authority, responsible for evaluating the functionality of current systems.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years in Information Technology, with at least 4 years in software testing.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform (PowerApps) testing is essential.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes is required.
- Strong understanding of the test management process and SDLC/STLC.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sure Step Methodology is advantageous.
- Domain expertise in Retail, particularly in Ordering and Inventory.
- Experience in data testing, including ETL, Data Warehouse, and Data Migration testing.
Additional Information:
This role may require travel as necessary. The position involves extended periods of sitting and working on a computer, with communication conducted via various means.
