Key Responsibilities:- Support production processes by analyzing and optimizing manufacturing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collect and analyze data related to production metrics, including throughput, cycle time, and yield, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct root cause analysis of defects and develop corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen events, to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
- Work with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and project updates, and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, principles, and methodologies is a plus.
- Prior internship or coursework experience in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in a real-world manufacturing environment.
