  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.

  • Collect and process patient payments and prepare bank deposits.

  • Communicate effectively with clinic and billing staff regarding patient matters.
  • Participate in educational activities and attend staff meetings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
