Senior Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our Business Transformation practice in the NYC market, focusing on Asset Management services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct current state and future state assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement Target Operating Models to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide system selection, implementation, and compliance assistance to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Design and develop current and future state process workflows to optimize business processes.
  • Assess and select vendor software packages to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Big Four or equivalent background, focusing on asset management clients or internal roles within an Asset Management firm.
  • Experience with Asset Managers, Pension/Family Offices, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity, including trading strategies, operations, risk management, data management, and complex fund structures.
  • Proficiency in software platforms such as Advent Geneva, Investran, eFront, Burgiss Private I/Private Informant, iLevel, AltaReturn, BlackMountain, and Yardi.
  • Background in finance optimization, operations improvement, business process improvement, change management, program/project management, acquisition and divestiture implementation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Business acumen with a strong understanding of accounting and business processes, as well as information systems.
Education:

A bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, finance, economics, engineering, systems, accounting, or other technical discipline.
