We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor to join our faculty at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate teaching effectiveness, scholarly productivity, service to the community or profession, and participation in the governance of the School of Nursing and the University. You will teach across all educational programs as appropriate and may incorporate clinical practice in your area of expertise as part of your position. Opportunities exist for formal leadership in the clinical setting or advanced practice specialty curriculum.
QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have an earned doctorate (DNP, PhD, or international equivalent) or comparable qualification. In rare circumstances, a master's degree (Instructor level) may be considered. For applicants who are nurses, MN RN licensure must be obtained prior to entering on duty. Licenses and certifications as needed for specialty area are also required. Evidence of excellence in your specialty area, a defined area of scholarship, and experience in teaching are essential.
