About the Job

The Department of Urology at the University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking a highly skilled individual for a full-time clinical appointment as an Assistant or Associate Professor in Pediatric Urology. This position involves engagement in clinical and/or basic science research, patient care, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will have strong surgical skills and be sensitive to the needs of patients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in clinical and/or basic science research
  • Provide patient care in pediatric urology
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Attract students and residents to the field of urology/pediatric urology
Qualifications
  • Hold a MD degree
  • Be board certified or equivalent in urology with added certification or eligibility for certification in pediatric urology
