Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct regular inspections of the venue to identify maintenance and repair needs, prioritizing tasks to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games, equipment, and facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

* Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance as needed, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

* Manage the facility's janitorial cast members, overseeing cleaning schedules and ensuring cleanliness standards are met throughout the venue.

* Maintain the facility's landscaping, including lawn care, gardening, and snow removal, to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment.

* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.

* Monitor inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replenishments as needed to ensure availability for ongoing operations.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

* Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate facility-related activities and support overall operational goals.

**Requirements:**

* Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and contractors.
