Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to assist our Recruiting team in managing the full life-cycle hiring process for various production roles within the manufacturing sector. This position is integral to our on-site recruiting efforts, providing essential administrative support to Recruiters, Candidates, Hiring Managers, and RPO Managers. The role involves scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, collaborating with HR on offers and onboarding, generating reports, and aiding in the coordination of hiring events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee interview scheduling for a team of recruiters handling a high volume of candidates.
  • Organize on-site hiring events, ensuring candidates receive necessary travel information, safety protocols, plant tours, and participate in team assessments and Q&A sessions.
  • Administer background checks, drug screenings, and equipment provisioning in collaboration with vendors.
  • Engage in community recruiting events to promote job opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the application and onboarding process.
  • Prepare employment documentation and materials for hiring events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative, coordination, or customer service roles.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a high-volume recruitment coordination position within staffing, RPO, or corporate environments for non-exempt roles.
  • Proficient in candidate tracking systems, MS Office, and report generation.
  • Familiarity with HR documentation and employment regulations in the US and Colorado.
