Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Projects Manager Assistant to support the implementation and management of various operational tasks and projects.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a Special Projects Manager, assisting in all phases of project management to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of designated operational tasks, including both short-term and long-term projects, under the guidance of a Special Projects Manager.
  • Collaborate with COTRs, Clinical Council, Operations Managers, and Program Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide support in all phases of project management, including initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and finalizing projects.
  • Assist with the research of relevant information and data to support project objectives and decision-making.
  • Help develop realistic project schedules with measurable tasks to ensure that the project stays on track.
  • Assist in coordinating project operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
  • Aid in training team members and others on project-related issues as needed.
  • Support the monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, making necessary adjustments to meet project outcomes.
  • Assist in writing and preparing project reports to document progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • At least one (1) year of experience in project management or a related field

Work Environment:

The Special Project Manager Assistant will work in a dynamic environment, supporting various projects that contribute to the overall success of FOHS operations and initiatives.

The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
