Your primary focus will be on promoting the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. You'll build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels.
  • Focus on improving the existing building to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives.
  • Understand the customer's business and speak their language.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field is required. A minimum of six (6) years of progressive field sales experience, with at least one year successfully selling HVAC or building automation system service or projects, is also necessary. Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels and a commitment to integrity and quality in business are essential.

This role offers a competitive Sales Commission Plan that takes into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. The estimated salary for this position is $96,100-$128,300 per annum, depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
