About Us: Compass Group Careers is a leading food and hospitality company that provides exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
  • Financial Management: Receive money from customers and make correct change. Monitor money in cash drawer to ensure adequate change is available.
  • Inventory Management: Take inventory of supplies and equipment; maintain stock at required operational level.
  • Team Leadership: Train stand attendants. Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Contribute to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage or retail sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
