Guest Experience Manager

About the Role
The Guest Lead plays a pivotal part in driving store success by delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining visually appealing store presentations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service, adhering to Altar'd State's service standards
- Act as a positive role model, contributing to a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Coach associates on guest interactions, recognizing and rewarding great performance
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, assisting with merchandising and window displays
- Represent the brand well, adhering to dress and grooming standards
- Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures
- Participate in walk-throughs, communicating successes and opportunities
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently
