We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team at Innovative Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and future needs.
  • Opportunity Identification: Leverage industry knowledge to identify and qualify high-impact opportunities for our clients.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities using various lead generation tools and tactics.
  • Quote and Proposal Management: Drive effective quote, proposal, and presentation delivery, and manage the overall opportunity process.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Maintain accurate and timely sales funnel reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to sales team goals, participate in team meetings, and engage in ideation sessions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in a sales capacity role, 2+ years in an Account Executive role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of relationship building, pipeline building, and closing.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
What We Offer

This role has a base salary of $120K-$150K with an uncapped commission model. Typical OTE is $200K-$400K.
