Job Title: Lead Pizza Maker

Overview:

As a Lead Pizza Maker at Thompson Hospitality, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas and other delectable dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. Your passion for cooking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will shine through in every plate you create.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent and delicious pizzas and dishes.
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Embrace creativity and innovation, contributing to the development of new menu items and pizza creations.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available.
  • Embody a strong work ethic, displaying a passion for your craft and a commitment to excellence in every dish.

Qualifications:

  • A love of all things pizza.
  • 2+ years of pizza making experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area.
