Job Overview:

At Green Ridge Hospitality, we're seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at THE TURN HOUSE in Columbia MD. As a Mixology Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating craft cocktails according to our recipes, possessing fluency in different categories of liquor, and discussing flavor profiles with guests. If you're a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
  • Create craft cocktails according to our recipes.
  • Possess fluency in different categories of liquor - bourbons, tequilas, gins, etc.
  • Discuss flavor profiles with guests.
  • Work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
  • Cash handling, accurate order taking, and making great recommendations to guests for food and drinks.
  • Resets the bar and performs light cleaning and organization tasks.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience is a must.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be committed to at least 3 shifts/week and full weekend availability is a must.
