We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a key member of our Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBS) program, you will play a vital role in empowering youth and families to overcome challenges and achieve holistic care.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform treatment goals and interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention services, including on-call rotations as needed.
- Participate in individual and group supervision sessions to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and organizational information.
- Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Registered with the California BBS (ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed).
- Ability to work with children in out-of-home care and possess good organizational and critical-thinking skills.
- Competitive salary range: $71,080 - $85,080 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Additional $4,000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam.
- Salary increases each year.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Relocation assistance may be available.
- Stipends provided to staff members participating in the emergency on-call shifts.
- 5 weeks of Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, fertility coverage, long-term disability, family leave, and life insurance.
- 50% paid premiums for dependents.
