Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans

- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges

- Assist with data collection and analysis to inform instruction and intervention

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

- Associates Degree or 60 semester hours of college training

- Registered Behavior Technician Certification or willingness to obtain and maintain registration

- Valid CA driver license and current CPR/First Aid certification
