Job Title: Lead Security Engineer

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and remediating security issues across the enterprise
  • Developing and implementing information security strategies and solutions to maintain a robust security posture
  • Mentoring junior engineers and serving as a security thought leader for the organization
  • Providing technical leadership and developing solutions to complex business problems
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in information security management, with exposure to infrastructure and system security, public cloud security, network security, vulnerability management, and remediation
  • Significant domain expertise in three or more core security domains, including infrastructure security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, security operations, endpoint security, or identity management
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with experience in a large academic healthcare center, as well as those with certifications such as CISSP, SANS, or HIPAA compliance management.
