- Position Overview:
In the role of Community Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the Community Manager with the daily administrative and operational functions of the community. You will also engage in collaborative projects and various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee leasing, maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping teams.
- Remain knowledgeable about local competitors and market dynamics.
- Ensure precision in activity reports, rental applications, and leasing documentation.
- Address resident inquiries and support renewal initiatives.
- Facilitate rent collection and manage any outstanding payments.
- Prepare essential reports and carry out other assigned tasks.
Qualifications: - Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance standards and timelines.
- Strong customer service skills and effective team leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience in Tax Credit, HUD, and Property Management.
- A background check and drug screening will be required.
