Key Role in Efficient Warehouse Operations

Wise Staffing is seeking a skilled Overhead Crane Operator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and precisely moving materials within our facility using a remote overhead crane.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a remote overhead crane to move pallets, goods, and other objects to designated areas within the facility.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly inspect equipment for any issues and report them to the maintenance team.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing tasks or shifts as required by operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Prior experience with overhead crane equipment is preferred, though training may be provided for the right candidate.
  • Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the shift.
  • Strong communication skills to foster teamwork and ensure alignment with operational goals.
