Job Overview

As a skilled Overhead Crane Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse facility. Your expertise in operating remote overhead cranes will enable you to safely and precisely transport goods to designated areas, contributing to our commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a remote overhead crane to move pallets, goods, and other objects to designated areas within the facility.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Regularly inspect equipment for any issues and report them to the maintenance team, ensuring the continued reliability of our equipment.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing tasks or shifts as required by operational needs.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and write in English.
  • Experience: Prior experience with overhead crane equipment is preferred, though training may be provided for the right candidate.
  • Physical Abilities: Must have the physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the shift.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential to foster teamwork and ensure alignment with operational goals.
