About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Counseling Professional to join our dynamic team at Optimum Care Counseling & Wellness Solutions, LLC. This part-time 1099 position involves providing individual counseling services to clients across Pennsylvania, utilizing our virtual platform and electronic health records system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in mental and behavioral health counseling is essential, with a focus on CBT, EMDR, and DBT. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an LPC, LMHC, or LCSW is required.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, collaborating with our in-house team, and ensuring timely documentation. Benefits include new patient scheduling, credentialing, advertising, and access to our electronic EHR System.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on qualifications and location.
