Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at SRS Building Products - Rockingham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, builders, and other industry professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with our inside sales support team and vendors to plan and execute sales promotions and product launches
  • Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan to drive growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • Prior success selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar territory and driving year-over-year growth
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
