Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at The Amynta Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values customer satisfaction and excellence in service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Process title documents and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and data
- Analyze customer issues and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Communications)
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
