Kennedy Services is seeking experienced Call Center Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales or customer service, is highly desirable.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy. Our salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and document interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
