We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Milwaukie, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation.
What We OfferAs a Residential Associate with ColumbiaCare Services, Inc., you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential. You will also be eligible for a 5% language differential if you are bilingual or multilingual. About the ProgramAlder Creek is a 6-bed licensed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) located in Milwaukie, Oregon. The program serves 6 adults discharged from the Oregon State Hospital. Our goal is to provide residential care and treatment that enables residents to transition back into their communities. Each resident enjoys their own room and access to two spacious common living areas. RequirementsTo be eligible for this position, you must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration. This requires one of the following: a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, three years of verifiable behavioral health experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and be able to pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical requirements include the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.

We offer a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training and certification process for QMHA-I. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth.
