Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Team to develop and implement hiring strategies
  • Source and qualify prospective candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen and interview potential staff, and facilitate the interview process and hiring discussions with Hiring Managers
  • Drive the offer process, including closing candidates, and work with Human Resources to onboard new hires
  • Input, update, and maintain recruitment data and records using our applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills to optimize results
