Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our medical and dental clinics. This is an on-call position, requiring flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the exterior and interior work areas, including the parking lot, lawn, and garden areas.
  • Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, following general health and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct simple repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
  • Operate rental equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education.
  • Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable automobile required.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
