About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Revel Communities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the interior and exterior of our community sparkle and wow our guests and residents.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and identifying problems, repairing furniture and minor plumbing and electrical issues, and maintaining pools and spas.
  • Create an exceptional first impression by ensuring the community's interior, exterior, and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including laundry and kitchen equipment, to ensure full operation and compliance with governing regulations.
  • Prepare vacant apartments, replace window treatments, paint, caulk, shampoo carpets, and perform other electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the highest safety standards by maintaining a safe work environment, reporting any health, safety, and sanitation concerns to your manager.
  • Collaborate with other Revel team members to achieve shared goals and champion our residents' expectations to ensure wild success.
Requirements
  • Exceptional maintenance service experience in hospitality, multi-family, senior living, and/or related industries, with a focus on providing white-glove service.
  • Technical/mechanical certifications and/or a high school diploma, with experience operating housekeeping and other service equipment.
  • Ability to interact with guests, residents, coworkers, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Reasoning skills, including the ability to understand issues, process information, and provide feedback and instructions.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office equipment.
