Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Transfer Supervisor to join our team at Elkan Energy Services, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation of water transfer services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise on-site operations and field personnel to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent EES's interests and core values with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in designing and bidding new jobs, ensuring that all necessary equipment and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain pumps, valves, flow meters, telemetry, and other company-owned equipment, performing minor repairs as needed.
  • Install and monitor water transfer equipment necessary for system operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and plan short- and long-term work tasks to meet specific goals and customer requirements, ensuring that all jobs are completed within budget.
  • Review Daily Field Tickets for accuracy and completeness, submitting them to the accounting department in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years of water transfer experience.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in the oil field industry across other disciplines.
  • CDL license or the ability to obtain.
Working Conditions

The work environment and physical requirements described below are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential duties of this job.

  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Walk 5+ miles per day on uneven terrain.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Splits time between office and field.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.

Prompt and dependable attendance is essential for this role.
