Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to join our team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
- Administer benefits and leave programs, including FMLA
- Provide guidance on compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations
- Oversee payroll processing, including time and attendance entry and payroll register audits
Requirements:
- 2 years of HR management experience, including recruiting experience
- 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of Federal and NY employment laws and regulations
- Healthcare experience required
