Rogue Community College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Management and Planning to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities Management, Planning and Construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including custodial, grounds, and building maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement unit plans for Facilities Management within the context of the college's goals and objectives.
- Support the Chief Facilities Management Officer in accreditation compliance for campus facilities.
- Manage property control, central stores, receiving, information technology, and key control.
- Oversee operational fleet of facilities management vehicles.
- Support the development of applicable board policies and administrative procedures.
- Execute the department's standard operating procedures, including preventative maintenance for all facilities-related systems and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, public administration, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in trades management and/or facilities operations, including a minimum of two years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Contractor or a trades license, Oregon Electrical License, Project Management Professional Certification, or Oregon HVAC/R Journeyman Certification.
