K1 Speed, the premier indoor electric karting provider in the nation, is seeking a proficient Lead Kart Mechanic to enhance our operations. In this position, you will oversee the upkeep and servicing of our advanced fleet of electric go-karts, ensuring an exhilarating racing adventure for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on karts and the racing track
  • Ensure optimal kart performance and maintain the track's visual appeal
  • Accurately document repairs and manage inventory
  • Handle tools and equipment with care
  • Respond swiftly to any emergencies
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pit area, kart workshop, and on the track
  • Support the track crew as necessary
  • Perform assigned cleaning and maintenance duties
  • Prepare for upcoming operational needs
  • Analyze issues and make informed decisions
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Valid work eligibility in the United States
  • Availability on weekends is essential
