Job Description

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team

POSITION SUMMARY

A Maintenance Associate at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Anticipate and address guest needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and machines to prevent downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, flooring, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  • Ensure the grounds and parking lot are well-maintained, including gardening, lawn care, and trash collection
  • Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of all areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform clean-ups as directed
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors
  • Stay up-to-date on Andretti brand, product, and policies to provide accurate information to guests
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve issues and provide assistance
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
  • Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform tasks that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking
