As a Technical Team Lead, you'll be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support, assisting with technical development for others, and ensuring work is performed in compliance with state, local, and Federal legal requirements. You'll also be expected to properly complete all required project and service documentation.

We're looking for a strong leader who can act independently, coordinate the work of other employees and contractors, and effectively communicate with customers and other outside contacts. If you have experience in strong leadership activities and can explain technical information to technical and non-technical people, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement of HVAC mechanical equipment.
