Job Overview

The Installation Scheduling Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the installation services team at Atlanta Flooring Design Centers. This position is responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks with a significant impact on the organization's operations.

This fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and self-motivation to ensure seamless job completion. The Installation Scheduling Administrative Assistant will track progress using job summary reports, communicate issues to the service representative daily, and update our database with notes and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the builder division.
  • Prepare and maintain required paperwork and records, as well as documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.
  • Develop and implement an organized system for maintaining files and records.
  • Collect and review samples of defective materials, reporting findings to the Claims department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, staff, vendors, and others.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift.
  • Lifting of 20-30 pounds frequently.
