  • Clean, prepare, and properly set up party rooms to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Greet party hosts and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Retrieve pre-ordered pizzas and sodas, refill sodas, and obtain skates as needed.
  • Maintain regular contact with guests throughout the party to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist guests with vacating the party room, help collect gifts and personal items, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Inventory and restock party supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Provide support at the Guest Service front desk, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Skate Monitor duties may also be assigned, requiring knowledge of skating and ability to perform skate-related tasks.
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Position involves sitting, standing, walking, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling throughout a recreational facility.
  • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, and extensive walking through the building, including inclines and stairs.

  • Starting pay rate: $18.69 per hour, with overtime eligibility.
