About the Role

Epiq is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead eDiscovery projects and serve as the primary liaison and case consultant for clients engaging with our eDiscovery Managed Services group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes and consult with clients on utilizing Epiq's suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity.
  • Coordinate internal processes across Epiq departments to ensure client objectives are met and represent Epiq in client interactions and with third-party service providers.
  • Supervise and support other members of the Client Services team to ensure client needs are addressed effectively and provide regular project updates and team performance reports to the Regional CS Manager.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving client needs, as well as highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require and ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education & Certifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-discovery environment, with hosting services experience preferred, and industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The Compensation range for this role is 91,922.40 - 183,844.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Epiq offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
