Production Scheduler

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Production Scheduler to join our team in a local, bilingual role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning activities related to production and raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Short-Term and Long-Term Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
- Supply Chain Management: Evaluate and analyze the production process to identify areas for improvement and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Analyze procurement timing and develop strategies to minimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and distribute regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze production and procurement challenges, and develop and implement solutions to address them.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other plant teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of production activities.
- Inventory Management and Control: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and minimize waste.
- Bilingual English/Spanish: Must be fluent in both languages to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in food production, with a strong background in production planning and supply chain management.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead people and activities in a production environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organization skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in producing food products and ability to analyze production data to inform decision-making.
