Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outfitter. As an Outfitter, you will be responsible for recommending gear and products to customers, building and maintaining meaningful relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend and sell running gear and products to customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and peers
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer interaction
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales environment preferred
  • Proactive learner and sound decision maker
  • Passionate, positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Accountable and adaptable
  • Collaborative and customer-centric
  • Willing to go above and beyond when needed
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team
