Position Summary:

The Investment Consulting Analyst plays a vital role in supporting Investment Consultants by delivering precise and insightful analysis of private wealth client portfolios. This position is integral to enhancing the overall client experience and aligns with our core mission of fostering client prosperity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive portfolio evaluations and financial planning reviews for new clients, collaborating effectively with various internal teams.
  • Develop and assess investment policy statements that reflect clients' investment goals, risk appetite, and specific investment constraints.
  • Conduct asset allocation assessments, financial planning analyses, and fund manager evaluations, including portfolio optimization modeling.
  • Work alongside the Investment Research team to devise tailored solutions for client portfolios.
  • Create and analyze customized components for client reports and supplementary meeting materials as required.
  • Oversee all aspects of client account management.
  • Manage approved trading requests using trade rebalancing software in coordination with the Middle Office.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for executing investment decisions, portfolio reallocations, and rebalancing, while monitoring ongoing client needs.
  • Collaborate with Performance Analytics to develop optimal reporting solutions for clients.
  • Address periodic audit requests for investment-related data and analysis.
  • Maintain proactive communication with Investment Consultants regarding all client-related matters and projects.
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to meeting follow-ups and action items.
  • Keep accurate records of client accounts and investments in the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and vendors.
  • Conduct special analyses and projects as needed to support Investment Consultants.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently. Successful candidates will take pride in their contributions and be accountable for their role within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Investing, or Economics.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of mutual funds, investment managers, and investment-related administrative processes.

Work Environment:
